9 months old! Happy Valentine's Day!

Grant turned 9 months on Monday...Valentine's Day!  He (and his Dad) were very sweet and bought flowers, candy and a card for me for Valentine's Day.  Grant also got lots of Valentine's from his friends and family and took cards to all of his friends at daycare :)  It was also a beautiful day and Grant and I got to swing outside when we got home, which is one of his absolutely favorite things to do...he loves to be outside!  It was a great Valentine's Day!

Grant is growing...growing...growing!  He weighed 21 lbs 2 ozs when we took him to the doctor for his ear infection.  He is finally getting better now and hopefully will stay that way!  He is a little speed crawler and is pulling up on everything.  He can walk around his crib holding onto the edge, but can't take any steps on his own yet.  His favorite word is still "dada" but continues to babble more and more.  He has been starting to drink some from a sippy cup, but really hasn't got the hang of that yet.  He has one tooth and I believe is going to be getting a second one soon. You'll notice from the pictures that his hair is also getting longer and longer.

He is a super active and happy little boy...who is slowly turning into a toddler.  It's really hard to believe all of the changes from 8 to 9 months!  In 3 short months my little baby will be turning 1 year old...can you believe it?!?
