1 1/2...YEAH!!

Grant turned 1 1/2 last Monday!  Things I will remember about this age:  He is a little ball of energy and has the sweetest, cutest personality.  He is such a happy little boy and he puts a smile on the face of anyone he is around.

He amazes me each and every day with the new things he learns and says.  He can put 2-3 words together now and can basically say anything he wants (although it is sometimes difficult to understand :)).  We were at my parents on Sunday and Grant came into the kitchen and said "Where's my momma?"  Of course, I scooped him up and gave him a big kiss and hug.

He's starting to learn basic shapes, colors, numbers and letters.  He loves Elmo and Sesame Street, playing outside with the ball and at the local school playground, and opening/closing doors.  He flies around the house in his Cars car and loves climbing on/off all of the furniture.

He loves playing with his cousin, Hannah, and copies everything she does.  They really are so cute together and I can't wait for Christmas...it is going to be so fun this year with those two!

Grant's PawPaw has been having some health issues and had to have lung surgery last week.  He kept a picture of Grant and Hannah on his bedside table in the hospital.  Their sweet faces helped him feel better when he was feeling sad, stressed or worried.  PawPaw is so excited to be back home from the hospital and can't wait to spend the holidays with his sweet babies.  We Love You So Much PawPaw!
